Creator campaign verification

Proof the brief was followed.

Every requirement checked against the video, with the exact timestamp behind each result.

Manual review is slow, and it does not survive a dispute.

Someone watches everything

A person checks a list of requirements by hand, for every creator, every round.

Two reviewers, two answers

The same video gets different verdicts, and nothing records why either reviewer decided what they did.

The evidence is a memory

When a payout is contested, what you have is a recollection and a chat thread.

Findings, evidence and human judgement stay separate.

Each layer does only what it can do reliably, and hands the rest on.

  1. Define

Each requirement becomes a rule with an explicit threshold and a policy for what a "no match" is allowed to conclude. A named person confirms the set, and it is immutable from then on.

  2. Retrieve

AdProof checks what was said and shown, then places the clearest supporting moments and potential issues beside each confirmed requirement.

  3. Measure

AdProof compares each confirmed threshold with the relevant spoken or visual moments, keeping the measurement beside the evidence a reviewer can inspect.

  4. Decide

A reviewer opens any finding at its exact timestamp, confirms or overrides it with a recorded reason, and signs off. Approval stays unavailable until every requirement is resolved.

Restraint

What AdProof refuses to do.

A verification tool is only worth having if you can trust it when it says it is not sure.

A search miss is not proof of absence

When no qualifying moment is found, AdProof keeps that uncertainty visible. A missing match is never presented as certain proof of absence.

Uncertainty stays visible

If a measurement lands within the sampling resolution of its threshold, it goes to a person instead of picking a side.

Machine and human stay distinct

Automated results are immutable. An override sits beside the original, never on top of it, with a recorded reason.

Evidence stays reviewable

Every finding opens at the relevant moment, so reviewers can verify the source, record an exception, and keep the final decision accountable.

Who uses it

Influencer agencies

Many submissions across many brands, held to one consistent standard.

Consumer brands

One verification layer covering in-house and agency-run campaigns alike.

Creator marketplaces

Proof of completion, and a defensible record when a submission is contested.

Affiliate programs

Confirm the code was stated and the product was shown, before paying out.

Questions

Does AdProof approve or reject on its own?

No. It produces a recommendation with evidence, and your policy decides whether a person must sign off. It will never auto-reject on the strength of something it simply failed to find.

How accurate is the visual duration measurement?

Every duration result links to the exact measured moment. Borderline findings stay marked for human review instead of being forced into pass or fail.

Who can see our creators' unpublished videos?

Only authorized members of your workspace can open private submissions and their evidence.

What happens when a reviewer disagrees?

They can record an exception beside the original finding, cite the moment they reviewed, and keep the final decision separate.

Is this a chat-with-video tool?

No, deliberately. The question it answers is narrow: did this submission satisfy the agreed requirements, and what evidence supports that conclusion?
